Joseph
Tenkpoh Barchue
It
is with deep sorrows that we announce the death
of Joseph Tenkpoh Barchue, who departed this
earth on Thursday, November 18, 2010 in Monrovia,
Liberia.
Joseph
T. Barchue, affectionately known as Uncle Joseph,
was born unto the union of George and Goffa
Barchue on May 10, 1937 in Buehwee Town, Gbornee
Clan, #3 District, Grand Bassa County, Liberia.
He went to Monrovia at an early age in search
of a better life.
He
is survived by his wives Martha, and Mary Barchue,
twenty-one children, twenty-eight grand-children,
eight great grand-children, nephews, sisters,
brothers and a host of other relatives.

A
memorial service will be held in the USA on
Friday, December 3, 2010, 6pm at the African
United Methodist Church located at 1201 Greenwood
Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08609, 609-599-9010(church’s
telephone number).

KEEPING
One wake keeping will be held in Monrovia on
December 9, 2010. Another wake keeping will
take place on December 10, 2010 in Lower Buchanan,
Grand Bassa County.
FUNERAL
SERVICE AND INTERMENT
Funeral service and interment will take place
in Buehwee Town, Gbornee Clan, #3 District,
Grand Bassa County, on December 11, 2010. Repast
will follow immediately at the home of his sister,
Nelly Barchue Kangar, in Lower Buchanan, Grand
Bassa County.
