Sunrise: January 7, 1936 – September 27, 2020

It is with profound sadness that we the children announce the home going of our dearest Mother, Mrs. Maryann Baker. This sad event occurred on September 27, 2020, at the Saint Vincent Hospital, Worcester MA.

Mama, Aunty Baby, Jorkor, Grandma, Old Mom; as she was affectionately called, leaves to mourn her children; Fatu Miller, Jonathan Gibson, Legendre Miller Sr. (Gloria), Alida Brewer Delaney, Carlton Miller, Patricia Miller Nance, Erickson Miller, Jenkins Miller (Esther), and Randolph Miller Jr. She also leaves to mourn her many grand/great grandchildren, the Margaret Baker family, the Wah family, Jennie Teage Family, and a host of other relatives and friends in America, Liberia and around the world.

The family is adhering to the current Corona Virus Pandemic and health guidelines, and has decided to scale back the scope of the funeral of our beloved mother. We know that many will mourn Aunty Baby, but we are limited with the amount of guest we can accommodate. The church service will be limited to only immediate family and relatives. Those in attendance will be required to sign COVID-19-Self-Certify Daily Form, wear mask or other face-covering device.
