The Bedell, Anderson, Nah, Doe, Toe, Townsend, and the Nimely (Dugbanyenopoh) and Talebo families of Grandcess, Grand Kru County and Rocktown Maryland County announce with deep regrets the homegoing of the Matriarch Deaconess Christiana Wah Nyenohwleh Nyemade Bedell Anderson in her 87th year.
She was affectionately called “Coachey”, “Sweeper”, and “Old Mamy”. Mama went home to glory on August 27th in the home of her loving nieces Mrs. Rose Bedell Frank, Simeon Frank, and Unis Wheigar who were her love givers for many years. She is survived by her children Georgia Klaleh Nah “B Klaleh”, Antionette Doe Deyi “B.Tanneh”, Alfred Kla Toe, I. Nix Anderson, Joseph Duwor, Henry Trouble Cephas, and C. Mona Bedell.
She is also survived by her two siblings Honorable Wah Frey Bedell (his wife, Oretha) who was mama’s life time roommate, and Mrs. Victoria Kladi Forh. Ms. Christiana leaves behind10 grandchildren Mrs. Ashley Boakai, I. Nix Anderson II, Imani K.C. Anderson, Thelma Badio, F. Brain Dunn, Kuku Sawyer, Albert Sawyer, Tiffany Toe, Gabby Deyi and Peter Deyi. She was also blessed with 10 greatgrandchildren, loads of nieces and nephews, family and some awesome friends worldwide.
Mama was a peaceful, graceful and humble woman. Three times a lady. She served her Lord faithfully.
Mama was predeceased by her parents the Honorable Gregory Wah and Beatrice Bedell. Husband, Karpeh Anderson, her siblings Honorable James Kwen Bedell. Lt. Col. Daniel Bibo Bedell, and Flight Col. Arthur Dweh Bedell, AFL. She was also predeceased by her sweet little daughters Gloria Soko Anderson “G.Rhonda” a Spartan, and our little lovely sister Massa Townsend.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020

Interment at the Bristol Cemetery
