Tasting at Kendeja Posh Restaurant
On
Saturday October 3rd, 2009, a selected group
of people from the diplomatic, business and
the press communities, were invited to a menu
tasting event at the Posh Restaurant at kendeja
Resort and Villas in Monrovia. Nine dishes were
presented for tasting and evaluation.
The
group was asked to evaluate the dishes based
on 1. Presentation, 2. Suitable dish used, 3.
Served at appropriate temperature, 4. Colour
combination, 5. Fragrance, 6. Taste, and 7.
Texture. Due to the number of dishes in the
evaluation, portions were reduced to allow all
the dishes to be sampled.
