 DWELA M. MORGAN

The Morgan and Elliott families deeply regret to announce the passing of our beloved sister, aunt, cousin and niece, Dwela M. Morgan; who was called upon on June 3, 2013 by our Heavenly Father to serve and take up residency in one of the sacred mansions that He has so wonderfully blessed for her eternal resting place.
Dwela was the first of six children born unto the union of James Pache-Sie Dio and Elizabeth Elliott Morgan. Dwela was predeceased by both parents.
Dwela was a graduate of B.W. Harris Episcopal High School and the University of Liberia where she majored in Sociology.
During her early years, while attending the University of Liberia, Dwela worked as a Cadet in the office of the Late Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Liberia, Hon. James A.A. Pierre. Upon graduation she gained employment with the Ministry of Finance in Liberia.
In the U.S she worked as an administrator with various corporations in the Wall Street area of New York City and decided to gain employment in social services. Dwela was a proficient social worker and committed to the programs she served as Manager.
Dwela was a beautiful and devoted Christian. She loved going to church and worshipping the Almighty God. Every neighborhood she moved into in the US, the first thing she looked for was a church. She loved listening to music, especially classical music during times when she was stressed out or needed to be closer to God.
Dwela leaves to mourn her loss her siblings: Sie Morgan; Nathaniel D. Payne; J. Pache Sie-Dio Morgan (Le-Etta); Hnede Morgan; Wede Morgan Cummings (Jenkins); Wani Morgan; Andrew Sackey (Gertrude); Nyema Morgan (Gertrude).
Her nieces and nephews: Nathaniel Payne, Jr. ( Mama); Daba-Jlah P. Payne (Vero); Wede T. Payne-Smith (Daniel); Elaine Cummings; A.K. Cummings; JamesEtta Cummings; Dempsey Rudolph Woods, III; Natasha Bowen-Tarpeh (Nyenforh); James Pache Siedio “Bridge”; Jenkins Cummings, Jr; Tecomblah Siedio; Eugene Cummings; and Harriet Elizabeth Cummings. She also leaves to mourn her loss her cousins, other relatives and friends living all over the globe on God’s green earth.
May the souls Dwela and all the faithful departed rest in eternal peace.
