Ms. Christianna A. Bettie

This is to announce the homegoing of Ms. Christianna A. Bettie of Johnsonville, Montserrado County, Liberia; a former officer of the Liberia National Police and an employee of the Ministry of Finance.  She transitioned to glory on Saturday, December 21, 2013, at the home of her daughter Mrs. Ovetha Kemokai in Riverdale, Maryland, USA.

She is survived by her children Mrs. Ovetha Kemokai (Robert), Mrs. Janette Fahnbulleh(Pastor Moley), Mr. Recky Mensah (Rebecca), Ms.Hasty Galimah-Williams, Mr. Sebastian Teclar (Marian), Mr. Theophilus A. Jackson, and Sgt. Christopher A. Jackson of the United States Army (Mary-Mai). She is also survived by her siblings: Mr. John W. Bettie (Bernice), Mrs. Victoria Sanyeneh and Ms. Rhoda E. Bettie; thirty (30) grandchildren, twenty (20) great grandchildren, one brother in-law Mr. Richard D.A. Hill, Sr.; several cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
